Hands on activities including batik making. Visit the sea-grapes seaweed farm and taste local foods. All these programs are supporting the local community.
Laem Sak is one of the hidden gems of Southern Thailand, with its beautiful sea, mangroves, islands, cultural diversification. Delicious foods, and rich natural resources. There was a real need to attract visitors to Ao Luk’s community-run long-tail boat trips. This is a responsible way to experience the Andaman Sea.
While visiting the island you can experience the local way of life by participating in early morning fishing. Make model long-tail boats or create batik cloth masterpieces. Enjoy the beautiful mangrove nature or nearby islands.

Day 1 Natural Wonder (L, D)
- 09.00 Pick up at Krabi Airport or hotel in town to Laem Sak check into your bungalow.
- 10.00 Hop on a longtail boat for journey along the inner sea to see prehistoric paintings. Enjoy a peaceful kayaking activity at your own pace.
- 12.00 Lunch at local resort.
- 15.00 Try your hands on making batik with local and then relaxing at your own leisure.
- 16.00 Planting nypa palm at the community forest.
- 19.00 Dinner at the local resort, with the traditional Chinese Thai food style.
- Overnight at Community Resort in Laemsak
Day 2 Cultural Exchange (B)
- 08.00 Breakfast at local resort.
- 09.30 Village tour to learn about the three important religious of Buddhist Thais, Chinese Thais and Muslim Thais that have lived together for more than 100 years.
- 11.00 Check out your room and transfer to Krabi, end of program.
